● The raw material of all outdoor led display are controlled strictly, including LED chips, mask, glue, and iron cabinet have the ability of enduring high temperature and high humidity, and being anti-UV, waterproof, anticorrosion and antitrust.
● Every production process is well controlled and all of the electronic components are covered by 2mm Tri-Guard Lacquer to ensure no oxidation, no rusty and no moisture. Five-Guard Lacquer will be used for special requirements.
● All of the cabinets are tested by flush, shower and soaking, to ensure the waterproof grade of front side to be IP67 and back side to be IP43.
● Double side maintenance structure design, module can be dismantled from front and back side, convenient for maintain.
● With light sense system, led display brightness can be adjusted automatically according to environment, to make led display more energy saving and cost-effective.
